Born in the Scavenger Lands, River Rat left because nothing in the East agreed with him. Specifically, no one in even his home village could stand the bastard. Ever since leaving, he’s basically shown no interest in anything but gambling, whoring, and stuffing himself full of booze and decadent food. His only useful skill is complete and unswerving obedience to whomever his current employer happens to be(almost always someone in the Immaculate Order). That, and the fact that he can track a flea on a gator’s ass halfway to the Wyld and back.
