Bio:
Ryzala is the chief bureaucrat of Yu-Shan, the most senior deity in Heaven below the Incarnae themselves. She shares authority over the daily business of the celestial realm with her counterpart in the Department of Abstract Affairs, Taru-Han. Ryzala is notorious for her dislike of the Bronze Faction, and of Sidereals in general, possibly leading to her leniency in sentencing Red Lion.
