Tan is a wizened man of middle years who gives the impression of being older than he looks. His facial hair is truly magnificent, being a great white mustache and beard, which he frequently pulls upon to make points as he talks.

Almost nothing is known of the mysterious Tan, other than that is is Prism of Truth’s Lunar mate, and that neither of them seem particularly pleased about it.
