Bio:

Taru-Han is one of the most powerful deities in Yu-Shan, holding equal authority to the goddess Ryzala, which makes her technically the most senior god in the Celestial Bureaucracy save the Incarnae themselves. However, since the Great Contagion, Taru-Han has been notoriously uninterested in politics or the daily running of Heaven, leaving most of her responsibilities in the hands of her soul collectors.

During her time in Heaven, Venomous Spur entered the Tower of Souls and confronted Taru-Han, but will speak nothing of what transpired within.
